Yes, we are pet-friendly. Please call ahead to confirm availability of pet-friendly units and any applicable fees. We love four-legged guests.

Cancellations are evaluated based on how far in advance of the scheduled check-in date the cancellation is made, and the penalty is calculated as a percentage of the full amount owed for the entire reserved stay, not just the deposit on file. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled check-in date receive a full refund of the reserved amount. Cancellations made less than 7 days but 3 or more days before the scheduled check-in date are subject to a 25% cancellation penalty, with the remaining 75% refunded. Cancellations made less than 3 days but 1 or more days before the scheduled check-in date are subject to a 50% cancellation penalty, with the remaining 50% refunded. Cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable, and the full reserved amount is forfeited.

Yes. Kitchenette suites come fully equipped with a stovetop, full-size refrigerator, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker. Standard rooms include a coffee maker and mini-fridge. Everything you need for real meals and comfortable living.

Yes. Free off-street parking is included with every room, directly in front of your unit. Parking for boats and trailers may be available — call ahead to confirm.

Bell Villa is about 5 minutes by car from the main manatee tour launch points on the Homosassa River. Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park — where you can see manatees on land — is less than a mile north on US-19.

There is no minimum stay for nightly bookings. Weekly rates start at $532/week and apply to stays of 7 nights or more. Monthly rates start at $1,335/month and apply to stays of 28 nights or more. All rates are available to book online.

Bell Villa does not have an on-site pool. The Homosassa River — one of Florida’s premier spring-fed waterways at a constant 72°F — is a short drive away and considerably more refreshing than any pool we could build.

Yes. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms, sufficient for video calls, email, and standard remote work.
