Cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may forfeit one night’s stay. Extended stays have separate terms discussed at booking.
Yes. Kitchenette units come equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, basic cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. Everything you need for real meals — ideal for extended stays.

Yes. Free off-street parking is included with every room, directly in front of your unit. Parking for boats and trailers may be available — call ahead to confirm.
Bell Villa is about 5 minutes by car from the main manatee tour launch points on the Homosassa River. Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park — where you can see manatees on land — is less than a mile north on US-19.
No minimum stay for nightly bookings. Weekly rates apply to stays of 7 nights or more. Monthly rates are for 28+ night stays. All extended stay terms are discussed at booking.
Bell Villa does not have an on-site pool. The Homosassa River — one of Florida’s premier spring-fed waterways at a constant 72°F — is a short drive away and considerably more refreshing than any pool we could build.
Yes. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms, sufficient for video calls, email, and standard remote work. For guests with unusually high bandwidth needs, a wired connection can be arranged — call ahead.
